Shoolman Graduate School of Jewish Education

Building on Hebrew College's long-standing tradition of training outstanding Jewish educators, the Shoolman Graduate School of Jewish Education offers a challenging curriculum that combines the best in educational theory and practice with a solid foundation in Jewish texts and Hebrew language. Graduates enter the profession as Jewish educator-scholars with a deep commitment to lifelong Jewish learning.

Students new to the field as well as professionals seeking to upgrade their credentials may select from a wide array of Jewish education specialties as they work toward a master's degree or certificate. Students making a mid-career transition to Jewish education can design programs that allow them to maintain their present professional, family and personal responsibilities while earning an advanced degree. Experienced educators mentor and supervise students throughout the program and assist them in finding professional positions following completion of the program.
